This week I drawed my whale tail on a piece of paper.

First I chose some colours for my whale tail.

Next I drew the plastic bottles and harpoons with bones.

Lastly I coloured the whole entire whale tail with dark blue.

I enjoyed this task because I like doing art. I did well on making decorating my whale tail. I need to improve on making  better pictures.

This week we learned about sequential patterns.

First we talked about what sequential pattern means.

Next we made a google slide and made a sequential patterns which was a shape, colour, number, letter, and object.

After we wrote questions (for example what is the pattern or what is the 5th shape).

Lastly we made our patterns a little pretty.

I enjoyed this task because I like doing patterns. I need to improve on doing tricky patterns.
I did well on doing the sequential patterns.

This week I did Te Reo Maori with whaea odie.

First I made a copy of a google doc.

Next whaea odie gave us some clues so we can get it done faster.

Lastly I fineshed my google doc.

I enjoyed doing the google doc. I did well on putting the english words to the maori words.
I need to improve on doing it faster.

We learned about toilet proceders and how to use them respectfully.

First talked about how to go to the bathroom by informing the teacher before you go and respect the toilet enviorment and be hygienic.

Next we learned  how to use the bathroom respectfully.

Lastly we added pictures about the bathroom proceders.

I enjoyed getting some information from the toilet proceders. I did well on finding information about the bathrooms. I need to improve on making more good pictures.

I learned about the legend and how to play Ki o Rahi.

First I watched a video about the legend of Ki o Rahi.

Next I learned about the spaces of the Ki o Rahi field.

Lastly I played a game to practise running between the spaces.

I enjoyed was  running between the Ki o Rahi field.  I did well was
playing the warm up game. I need to improve on running to the correct spaces.

Audiences are groups of people who recieves the information.
There are three types of audiences.They are individual, groups,
And everyone.

An individual audience is communicating with a single person.

A group audience is communicating with a small number of people.

The last group means everyone in the world.

Diffrent apps communicate with diffrent audiences

We learnt about the 4 C’s of leadership. They are Confidence, Collaboration, Communication,  and Co-operation. 

First we discussed what good and bad characteristics there are:

Communication is talking to each other. Confidence is having faith and strength. Collaboration is working with someone. Cooperation is a  process of working together.

Next we played a game to see what a good leader is. We got a blind fold and the leader showed them the way to the cone. When we chose our leader we talked about if they have Confidence, Collaboration, Communication,  and Co-operation. 

Lastly  Mr Ogilvie changed the rules which meant if we picked up the wrong cone we are eliminated. These rules made it harder because there were lots of different colour cones .

We enjoyed this task because we learnt about the 4 C’s. We need to improve on communicating without talking because we always make sounds. We did well on guiding our group on picking up the cones.

We learnt correct and incorrect uniform.

First we discussed in groups what uniform is and what kinds of uniform are acceptable. Uniform are a clothes that are worn by a particular group.

Next we made a google draw and wrote what kind of uniform are they in our school.

Lastly we wrote correct and incorrect uniform. For example: Nails are just normal and the incorrect is when your nails are fake.

I enjoyed this task because it talked about correct and incorrect uniform. I need to improve on writing my incorrect uniform. I did well on writing my correct uniform.

This week we did a anzac quatrefoil.

First we made a copy of our own slide.

Next we disigned our shape our colour and our size of it.

Lastly we made it on our good copy.

I enjoyed this task because I like making things. I did well on this task was I did well on making
the anzac quatrefoil.I need to improve on making the quatrefoil better.
